Here are some images I had commissioned for my worldbuilding project called Panthology. The basic idea behind the project is that sleeper ships desperately launched from Earth, thousands of years later, land in an artificial start system built by long-dead alien precursors to house as much life as possible. The humans land on the coldest planet in the system, Gelidia, and the project tracks them from that landing through 6000 years of history in which humans rebuild civilization once more on an alien world strangely adapted to them, and eventually set off for space once again. The images show slices of life during various periods of human history on the planet, from the far future in one of many mega-cities to the earliest days of humans as hunter-gatherers. This was primarily as the project is massive in scope and will take, more than likely, years to write in full, so the images are sorts of previews for the project to show different parts of it that are interesting to me and, hopefully, to everyone else. Any and all questions over the project are welcome! Ooh I'm currently working on my (as of yet unnamed) fantasy universe. It's drawn elements from the Forgotten Realms and Lord of the Rings mixed heavily with Gnostic cosmology. I've got a LOT of times but don't currently have time to start writing stories set in my world. I'm currently working on the mythology and origins of my universe seeing as I'm quite happy with my cultures.

I've had an idea for a straight fantasy world for a while now, basically a circular landmass on flat world. No cosmic elephants however, or space-faring turtles.
The landmass itself would be pretty vast and have a range of different biomes, environments, ethnicities, religions, and cultures. At the true centre of the world lies an impossibly tall mountain surrounded by a warm inland sea. Most faiths in this world believe that the sea and mountain are the remnants of the nest of a gigantic dragon/lizard/snake/crocodile/eagle/griffin/wolf whose hatching helped bring life to the world.
I've also had a few ideas for cultures and kingdoms. The west is dominated by an ancient empire, recently overthrown by nomadic mercenaries from the northern steppes. A tall, swarthy people known for the red hair and exotic eye colours which predominate through their tribes, these horsemen were driven from the steppes after a series of defeats at the spears of other tribes and they eventually drifted south where they proved useful at deflecting raids launched by their old rivals. Their High King was eventually drawn into the confidence of the Imperial family, and after a successful campaign against the city states in the southern forests he abducted some his fellow generals, claiming them to be plotting treason, and murdered the heir apparent on his return to the capital.
The ageing emperor was spirited away to the south even as his former general was seating himself on the golden throne. A pitched battle in the southern mountains saw a Pyrrhic victory for the Loyalists, but the death of the old emperor. Later records would claim that the emperor had fulfilled his prophetic dream of transmuting himself into a dragon, where he then defeated the rebel army and ascended into the heavens. The cult of the Dragon Emperor is still powerful amongst the peasantry, mainly as those who die for their Cosmic Lord believe that they will be reborn as dragons once the imperial throne is restored to Him.
The former nomads meanwhile settled themselves in as the new ruling class. They had enough control of the imperial armies, and hostages from most of the noble families, that they were able to hold things together rather easily. A major point of contention is their worship of the Bloody Lady of Spears, the goddess of the fertility, war, and death. The worship had been tolerated when they defended the northern borders but now it had ascended to what amounted as a state religion. Every eight years an infant slave girl would be selected and raised as the Lady. When she reached age she would be dressed as a goddess, brought before the assembled tribes, drugged and beheaded. The head would then be preserved and would whisper advice to the emperor for eight more years.
I currently suck at making a map for this, so don't expect anything in the near future.

I'm currently working on Project Lizard which deals with a Third World War and a Fourth World War occurring in the first half of the 21st century and while I can't disclose anything yet, it will blow your minds. Right now I have to work on the first chapter that has a POD in the late 20th century which of course is one of the factors that lead to the Third World War and the Fourth one to an extent.

The Celtic Republic, officially the Celtic Republic of Pretani, is a European country comprising of the majority of the Pretani Islas. Countries that neighbours this nation include the Federal Republic of Albion which is the only other nation found on the Isles and the small mainland European nation of New Texcoco who the Celtic Republic have a close alliance with. Before the first Inka settlement was established on the Pretani Islas the Roman Empire had occupied the Isles until their collapse and the Celtic people drove them from their lands. When the Inka settled the Isles there was quite a few of the native people who rebelled and fought against this new invader though we all know this eventually fail the Celtic people proved to be excellent warriors in battle but they were no match for the Inkan superior tactics and or weaponry. The Celtic people like all people and nations that the Inka conquer were allowed to keep their ancient customs and culture as long as they deem the Inka religion and culture above their own worshipping their original god as demi-gods answering to the superior Inka gods. The people also had to adopt the rules and systems that Inkan society ran by the Inkan system could be described as "Imperial socialism" all people whatever their ranking rank are considered equal in the eyes of the Emperor, they use a term called ‘vita’ which literally means take a turn so those at a certain age take a turn at serving in the military and other jobs like building and construction. On 20 January 1920, the 4 colonies were merged into one, forming the Celtic Republic of Pretani still loyal to the crown but having significantly more power to have a say in their own governing. Since the formation of semi-independent republic, The Celtic Republic has maintained a stable liberal democratic political system moving away more and more from the socialistic government following the trend that was being seen all over the Inkan world in the 20s that functions as a federal parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy comprising of 4 states and several territories. The population is highly urbanised and heavily concentrated on the coast. Celtic Republic is a developed country and one of the wealthiest in the world. alpha-dilophosaurus.deviantart.com/art/Celtic-Republic-of-Pretani-Map-520763466

Fucking everybody would read that. If the planets are flat then is the North Pole at the centre, like on Discworld? Reminds me of an idea I got permission from RvBOMally to work on an Alchemypunk world with angels and demons and living gods, I even managed to retrofit some basic physics to the Four Elements structure. And the planet was basically a rolled up scroll with a freezing light blasting out of both Poles.

Here's the alchemy system
Alchemy- The alchemic system of this world works like this take two different elements like arsenic and silver and add heat plus you get a new element. This also works if you just write down the symbols together and a small torch to make it. The mixture of herbs plus heat can add up to some herbal medicine, alloys are made from this process albeit a person would need a lot of material to make stuff into massive quantities, the only form of it that is illegal is blood alchemy because it extends life, while being addicting as hell, combine blood plus a corpse along with heat and you can raise the dead with full sapience and that is illegal for obvious reasons, since it is a smart zombie. In this reality all matter has a “spark” that turns on when heat is applied making all this possible.

Hello, this is a creation story of my clockpunk galaxy.
In the distant past a trans-dimensional being made a universe out of a dead dragon, making its bones became like clockwork, centering on a forge of great heat. On the bones lay little galaxies that were connected via oceans of aether, but cut off from one another via a hard sphere of crystal. This shaping of this dimension was due to the fact that the dragon fought the being well, and making life on her corpse was a tribute. This servant provided life for these spheres by kidnapping humans, from other dimensions and by making their own machine spirits in order to protect them. The machine spirits also maintain the crystal sphere, in order to prevent a war that could render the galaxy moot. However weaker spirits can live among humans and befriend them. Underneath each plate which are like planets lay a cloud in order to provide a buffer, each plate is surrounded by smaller plates and a artificial light source that turns off to show off a moon-like structure and stars who are brightly shining crystals so celestial navigation is still possible. The creator picked out groups of random humans and put them inside a sphere with no regard for history and culture. They also made humanoid creatures like as a test run, for example Elves and Dwarves exist in this universe. As well as making artificial creatures like birds made from clockwork. These humans can also make less advanced versions of these creatures.

I'm doing one based on the late bronze age collapse. But with the Yellowstone supervolcano as Santorini, desperate refugees from earth on hijacked spaceships as the sea peoples; fusion power as bronze and anti iron based antimatter as iron and the iron age; and a tropical terraformed Venus ruled by Russian cosmonaut oligarchs from veneragrad as Egypt.

Its a future solar system. Earth equals minos and mycenaean Greece. Mars is the Levant and Assyria. Jupiter with helium 3 fusion economy is the hittites. Venus is Egypt. Moons and asteroids are other islands and groups. A lot of the sea peoples seem to have been Greek refugees from the Santorini eruption destroying their early civilization.

LATE BURN AGE COLLAPSE AND THE SHIP PEOPLE INVASIONS
The Burn Age was the initial period of human interplanetary civilization when fusion power was the technological and economic foundation. Earth remained the most populated and wealthy but independent states arose on Venus, Mars and the outer system gas giants. Most of these were founded by corporate interests on Earth. Mars was settled by the SpaceX corporation and small private prospector and pioneer groups. This lead to the increasingly brutal successor state of SpaceX management in Musk City to control independent minded settlers to make an example of them such as the infamous comet drops targeting comets at independent settlements to create oceans during terraforming. Venus was terraformed by Russian cosmonaut-oligarchs in the aftermath of the privatization of the space program when the Second Soviet Union collapsed in 2104. The terraforming created a tropical environment and settlement was quick but controlled enough the cosmonaut oligarchs maintained power and became increasingly arrogant and pretentious. The outer system was founded by fusion power and asteroid mining companies that became city states based on helium 3 and water extraction from the Jovian atmosphere and Europa's oceans. The presence of basic ocean life was covered up to protect this source of revenue but the helium was the real motherlode as space travel was done by fusion rocket in these days. Io arose as dominant over rival city states of Cassini, Galileo and Valhalla.
This was the status quo until the early 25th century when, due to a combination of the eruption of the Yellowstone Supervolcano in North America and increasing anti-matter drive use, civilization collapsed. The Yellowstone Eruption created a global dust cloud and winter and billions died. The space fleets of Terrestrial nations took as many people aboard as they could and then, turned away by interplantetary rivals, began attacking them for resources and places to live. Mars' Hellas and Argyre regions were taken over by European refugees. American warships raided and depopulated Northern Venus but the domains of Cosmonaut Oligarchs Yuri II and Dmitri V survived in the southern hemisphere after defeating the invader fleets above a river. A combined force of American and Chinese and Indian warships attacked Jupiter for years and the war was the basis for the epic the Galilead and the Extrasolar Oddyssey.
Civilization hung on in Southern Venus but Earth was laid waste and Mars became isolated bunker cities for a century. The dark age ended as Jovians raiding Mars for water and air in anti-iron antimatter drive ships lead to a new age of strong states.

Cyberpunk 2116:
Premise: This basically trends forward the issues of 2016 by one century. It will be a classic cyberpunk world, because that's how humanity will turn out, in all honesty.
Politics: From the outset, we should note that powerful corporations have effectively turned most rulers into their lackeys, and manipulate various states to serve their ends in both the foreign and domestic arena. You could call it a neo-mercantilism of sorts: corporations seek to establish spheres and use tariffs to block out goods from other countries' companies. Of course, they use violence to integrate other nations into their sphere.
Despite it being a post-scarcity economy, universal basic income does not exist. It proved unfeasible to implement when the superplagues started sweeping the world, and universal health insurance became prohibitively costly. The government still tries to ensure basic water and shelter for its citizens. Emphasis on "tries."
To the extent that there is a political debate, it revolves around nationalism vs. globalism. Archaic ideologies like socialism and fusionism no longer exist in any significant capacity. For the most part, nationalists have won autonomous enclaves for themselves, but they lack the power to force their ideology on their state, let alone other states.
Economy: Pretty much every industry known to man has seen significant drops in employment numbers. Most jobs revolve around managing machines, and there are few permanent jobs left. Most work is contracted out to freelancers as necessary, and this is how the vast lower classes obtain money.
Major sectors of employment revolve around programming, security, armed forces, environmental services, bioengineering, aerospace, and healthcare. I would estimate the stable labor force participation rate is ~30%, the rest of people work temporarily.
To their chagrin, medical students have to spend over a year learning only about infectious diseases: they are back with a vengeance now that the Antibiotic Era is ended. Fortunately, modern bioengineering has enabled various solutions.
Warfare: It proved impossible to completely automate infantry combat, so that involves technologically enhanced men fighting each other. But machines do literally everything else in war.
States rarely fight each other, but instead use proxy forces. Many wars also involve a corporate-backed state seeking raw materials and markets (and denying these to their rivals), and taking over various lands. This involves mercenaries backed with planes and drones and considerable firepower facing off against ragtag groups of fanatical nationalist or socialist guerrillas.
It is politically unfeasible to fight with a military derived from a national population: people are fine with indefinite drone wars, but since the events of 2003 have been reticent to put "boots on the ground."
EMP Pulses used to be all the rage, but biomimetics and bioengineering have advanced to the point that we can use neurochemical action potentials to encode and transmit information. These are only generally cost-effective for military purposes, though. Most civilians are fine with electronic hardening.
The World Itself: China is the premier power, a throne it has held since the 2050s. Aside from that, large portions of Africa and the Middle East are bathed in violence, mostly caused by corporate-backed intervention from the Big Four (China, USA, India, Russia).
Environmental degradation happens ceaselessly, but the 21st century fears of a sea-level rise failed to materialize.
This may be because I'm too lazy to recalculate sea levels.
Planned Maps: America and autonomous particularist areas
China and economic sphere
Russia and its wars
3rd world country with ongoing proxy war
