"Well I've seen a few dead bodies due to the Jersey Devil hanging out on my grounds. But, I can assume that this dead body won't be as bad as those." Laurence said with a small smile.

"Well I've seen a few dead bodies due to the Jersey Devil hanging out on my grounds. But, I can assume that this dead body won't be as bad as those." Laurence said with a small smile. "If you've seen worse than this, then I don't envy you one bit," said the agent as he snapped on a pair of white surgical gloves. Slowly he pulled out one of the drawers. Lying inside on the cold chrome was a corpse, pale skin pulled tight over a bony form. Long, straight cuts divided up the torso, with the flaps opened to reveal the empty cavity underneath. "Meet Mr. Navarro," he pulled out another drawer, revealing various entrails sealed in transparent plastic bags, "and his organs." "As you know Navarro was found in his home in this state, apparently well-preserved despite the years of decay that afflicted everything else in the house. His organs are all present and accounted for, but his bodily fluids - most notably his blood - have been completely drained. Our friends over in MJ-12 say they've seen this before, but only with livestock - never humans," he took out a pen and pointed at the edges of the gaping hole in Navarro's abdomen, "The incisions are extremely precise - well beyond what our surgical equipment can do. Similarly the organs seem to have been treated with extreme care, and are undamaged save for where they've been separated from the surrounding tissue," he slipped the pen back into his jacket, "Thoughts?" ((Sorry for taking so long with this short post - I've been a bit of a mess the past few days. D: ))

Laurence said aloud, "maybe they're collectors of some sort?" Laurence threw out. "Like they took what was unique and different to put in a jar and study."

"Like they took what was unique and different to put in a jar and study." "That's one possibility. MJ-12 says that they haven't any contact with the beings in question, so we don't know for sure," he stood straight and still as the others examined the pieces of Navarro in the drawers, "But in similar instances of livestock mutilation organs and various body parts were sometimes removed and were not found at the scene. What they're collecting or what they're studying though, we can't be sure."
