At the same time as the first United States Presidential Election were taking place. As were the first Congressional Elections for the House of Representatives and Senate. On one side is the Pro-Administration faction. Led by Pennsylvania's Frederick Muhlenberg. The Pro-Administration faction very much following in the steps of John Adams and the Federalist and their stances. On the other side of Congress is James Madison and Thomas Jefferson's Anti-Administration faction. Very much in the favor of the states and the people, over the centralization of the federal government. Now it is time for the people of the United States to cast their votes...
