I'm not sure about you guys, but for me, accounts that are created just to be immediately abandoned (or even only abandoned after a period of time) annoy me. So, may I suggest that if account that's never posted anything hasn't even visited the site for a year, that account be removed. If an account has posted something, at least once, than the time limit goes up to two years.
I'm suggesting this now because, come next month, we're going to have quite a few that qualify for this.

It is annoying, but I think this is a bad idea. People might forget about making an account and come back to reclaim it, or people could make an account only to lurk and read the forum instead of posting on it. I don't think we should punish people for doing that.

I don't think we should punish people for doing that. Well, what I mean by inactive accounts is people who make one, and then never log on again. (we have a couple back from the day this was started that never logged in again). Besides that, if their account was deleted and they never posted anything, it is easy enough to just make another one.

Hmm, I suppose that'd be okay, though I don't see any pressing need to delete those accounts.
