I've done some slight category and board changes, specifically I have created the "Future History Discussion" board and the Books, Games, and "Other Media Discussion" board, and removed the "Guest Centre" board. Let me know what you think about these changes, and whether you think any other changes should be made!  |

Bring back the guest center- but the rest of the changes are great!
BTW, you can move my Sci-fi Airshow thread (in illustrations) to the media section.

The Guest Centre didn't seem to be working - it only had one thread, and that was dedicated to questioning why this site even exists. It might be worth bringing it back when we're bigger and get more guests checking out the site, but for the moment it really wasn't worth it. Do you want me to move that thread? I'm not sure where it would be best suited to, but if you want it in Media Discussion I can move it there. |

Putting the AH media discussion thread in the public area might be a bit more helpful. It might even bring in guests! (I think you may want to clarify that it's for AH-related media, and not for a general media discussion.)

I'll consider making it viewable to guests - I don't remember the reasoning behind making the other general discussion boards hidden, so they might be made viewable too. |

Perhaps we should make it so that Media Discussion can be viewed by guests and General Discussion, Political Discussion, and Creative Writing boards appear for guests, but they can't see any threads or posts in them? That's something you can do with ProBoards. |

I've done what I suggested in the last post - Creative Writing, General Discussion, and Political Discussion all appear for guests on the homepage, but they can't access the forum itself. All other forums are accessible and viewable to guests (well, apart from the moderator-only forum).
