One question I hear often is "What if Napoleon won at Waterloo?" Some respond with "He'll just lose at another battle, the 100 days were doomed." Others respond with a multitude of answers. But , today I ask what if Napoleon never had the chance to fight at Waterloo, remaining in exile at Elba as it's sovereign. The reason he'd remain there could be easily explained as British Patrols and Guard were tighter, making sure he didn't have a chance to escape.
I've heard that at Vienna, France was punished for letting Napoleon run around for that extra 100 days, so possibly France could keep more territory (Walloonia perhaps?), but also the people in France were quite upset at the Bourbon Restoration (one of the main reasons Napoleon was easily able to return to France without being arrested on sight), so maybe the King's power could be (further) limited, among other issues.
