WI Shay's rebellion had been larger; how does it affect early American politics if he is able to form a political party or movement?

Part is easy. Federalism dies and the US is under the Articles of Confederation. What happens afterwards? Could we have no federal Bill of Rights? (If so, one wonders how states will react.) On the upside, with the US as a "perpetual union", there would be no Civil War.

Would Shay's rebellion succeeding really kill federalism in the US and keep the states under the Articles of Confederation? My understanding is that the US constitution was designed to create a stronger, more centralised government in order to better prevent such rebellions. Admittedly if Shay's rebellion seized control of Massachusetts I doubt they'd be in favour of that, but would the rest of America really drop the idea of a stronger union if Shay's rebellion was successful?
