I haven't had time to read through all of this, but I'd like to point out some issues with your military numbers. Firstly you note that Aramel spends 55% of its GDP on military expenses, which is kinda ridiculous considering the OTL country that spends the largest portion of its GDP on military expenses - Saudi Arabia - only spends about 12%, and the country that spends the most money on military expenses - the US - spends about 3%. The number of active personnel is also very low, even if Aramel spent a much lower amount of its GDP on the military - the USA has about 1.3 million active personnel despite having half of Aramel's population. Heck, Iran has about a tenth of Aramel's population and has over twice their number of active military personnel. So yeah, I really think you need to rethink those numbers as at the moment they're a bit nonsensical.
