i have heard people talk about how the current geopolitical situation is similar to the situation in the 1910s, specifically China=Imperial Germany, USA=British Empire, and the Middle East=Balkans. while i personally don't believe in the idea of history repeating, i do find the idea interesting. so i was wondering if people here could find anymore similarities Nation-Wise between the 2010s and 1910s.
