This will be my first election game on Althistoria, and unlike my previous games on AH.com, I will do my best to not let this die. This will also be a reboot of my No Perfect Government game on AH.com, which died after the 1916 election.
February 24, 1912, President Taft is enjoying a quiet evening with his wife, when he experiences a sharp pain in his chest, "Helen" he says, softly, before every fades to black, his wife saw him slump over in her chair, and then called out for help. Once his aides arrived, they found him dead, an autopsy later revealed he died due to a massive heart attack. Taft was the sixth President to die in office, but he wouldn't be the last, because Former Vice President, now President James S. Sherman would later die on September 29, from a heart attack, leaving Philander C. Knox as the 29th President of the United States. 1912 was the third year to have three Presidents, though it was the first year in which two sitting Presidents died.
I will post the results of each election, and convention, in this thread, including a list of Presidents ITTL.
William H. Taft / James S. Sherman (March 4, 1909-February 24, 1912) James S. Sherman / Vacant (February 24, 1912-September 29, 1912) Philander C. Knox / Vacant (September 29, 1912-March 4, 1913)

It's obvious this is being rigged! LightningLynx's are obviously correct! Somebody bribed SketchyFan! It's the corporations man, the corporations want Teddy back in power! I am not using a completely proportional system, I am instead doing it in a way that exaggerates their lead, also Lynx ignored the bonuses each candidate got from momentum and home state advantage.
