By act of ASB, Tony Stark (movie version) is sent to the North of Westeros just before the execution of the Night's Watch deserter. The ASB then makes sure that the Starks recognize him as their long-lost relative as well. How does House Stark fare with Tony Stark in it?

Well, I assume that he could still, nonetheless, be able to build new machinery for House Stark and start an Industrial Revolution. I do believe in Iron Man 3 he has shown that he doesn't need modern technology to create new machinery

I do believe in Iron Man 3 he has shown that he doesn't need modern technology to create new machinery That's what basically happened in the first movie too. Of course it will take him some time to build the tools, to build the tools, to build the tools he'd need to make an Ironman suit or anything similar

House Stark rules Westeroes, because Tony Stark in this universe is basically an untouchable god.

Tony Stark built a miniature nuclear reaction IN A CAVE! WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS!
Honestly, I see House Stark rising up to become a very wealthy house and the North would become something to be reckoned with.
