I saw it yesterday with a few friends and we all enjoyed it. It had some rather clever writing and Idris Elba was quite good in his roll as Krall. Michael Giacchino's soundtrack was amazing as always.
	"Is the colonial governor of Virginia wearing a thong?" - Krall, on the news that the Sexiest Street in America was Gooch Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia, and said street's name origin.

It's not a perfect likeness, but they did manage to get quite close with make-up and prosthetics.

He does a rather good job. Some good moments and bolstered by good writing.

It's gotten very good reviews and is, in my opinion, better than Into Darkness, and perhaps the best new Trek.
