What if the Union won the Battle of Bull Run? How far could the Union troops go? Would Richmond be in danger?

It's really doubtful given the amateur condition of both armies at that point. The battle was only 25 miles from D.C. and the Confederates couldn't really advance as the win had disorganized them as much as the defeat did to the union. If the Union won the very likely would not be in any condition to advance further.

It's ~100 miles to Richmond from the site of the battle, which is near two weeks of marching at a normal pace and assuming no major issues (Weather, decent roads, no fighting, etc). In short, it was never possible.
