I suspect there is a chance during the tail end of WWII that Stalin decides to complete what he tried to start with the Winter War. Although it would probably need a stronger Red Army to both overcome fierce Finnish resistance and get to Berlin and other areas before the western allies. I think the latter, because it had a much higher priority for him, was a major reason he agree an armistice with relatively restricted territorial gains. So either the army is stronger so he's confident he can do both or he accepts even higher casualties than OTL, which I suppose is possible.
