They probably still end up getting most of it eventually as they will seek to expand westwards and its not much use to the French without access via New Orleans. [Plus with war with Britain almost certain they wouldn't be able to reach it. Canada might gain more of the northern region however so the border west of either the Great Lakes or more likely the Mississippi could be further south but probably not greatly so barring other butterflies.
