Maybe. Then again, Hillary Clinton has been (credibly) accused of trying to smear a child sex abuse victim, whose abuser she defended as a lawyer. You might say, "That's what lawyers do," except lawyers don't often joke about it on tapes afterwards. www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/06/20/exclusive-hillary-clinton-took-me-through-hell-rape-victim-says.htmlOf course, I don't think this will have an impact, as I can't see Sanders using it, while Republicans have their preset modes of attack. (Never mind that going outside those lines (like Adam Schiff tried to do at the Benghazi hearings) could do better (at least if Republican scurrilous attacks had not immunized Clinton against damage from real facts).)

And given how cuts in aid to the poor have helped slow the economic (and personal) recovery, and given how food stamp aid is required to be used for necessities...this is getting worse. As for the name, it kind of reminds me of Hugo Chavez- only Chavez was AIDING the poor, not taking away from them. In other news, Carson announced his tax plan. Apparently, he's stopped trying to claim his 10% "biblical" tax idea, and is now setting a 14.9% tax rate. He'd also eliminate most or all deductions (including charitable deductions), while also ending the estate tax and capital gains tax. Households below the poverty line would have to PAY tax. One prominent news article quotes a nonprofit group pointing out that it would benefit nobody except those in the top 10% of income, and increase the deficit by several trillion. The group happens to have Republican members, and the media outlet is the Murdoch-owned Wall street Journal. blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2016/01/06/ben-carson-tax-plan-would-boost-the-rich-hurt-the-poor-report/

Oh fuck no. History shows us that conservative states will fuck over their poor citizens unless the federal government forces them not to.

lol It's hard not to enjoy a large amount of schadenfreude at the GOP establishment's expense.

Why to I get strong Nazi vibes from a brief glance at that and Trumps idea of a Muslim database ? (Not a fan of the religion but there are lines you just don't cross and the average member of the faith is justing going about their life, they have rights)

To think he was the main Republican I was rooting for... Damn, I think I might have to vote independent. May I add: God help us all if the election comes down to Trump for the Republicans and Clinton for the Democrats...

May I add: God help us all if the election comes down to Trump for the Republicans and Clinton for the Democrats... And now knowing what I did about Johnson and his calls for a Muslim database, I may not be voting for him if that happens...

Not sure if satire... If it isn't it's one of the worst choices for a slogan since Cameron was depicted as Gene Hunt.

Seriously, what's everybody's problem with Nickleback?
(this is my third question within 10 posts, I feel so incompetent...)
